Jaycat website, which provides the SERVICE.

RETURN POLICY

We hope you love jaycat's t-shirt.

Graphics position and size may vary.

A T-shirt is screen printing by handmade, so not a perfect product, but is a good product.

Overseas customer orders under 50pcs cannot be return or exchange. We apologize do not give refunds at under 50pcs.

Hong Kong customer orders cannot be return, but can exchange another size at the same graphic.

When wholesale order over 50pcs and if you receive a bad product you can return (Up to 5pcs).

(Customer need to pay the first one-way delivery charge, return back a bad product. jaycat will pay the second one-way delivery charge, send a good product to the customer.)

SHIPPING POLICY

The most order is shipped USPS within 3 business days of your order. Please allow 9-15 business days for delivery (overseas customer). We make every attempt to deliver your product as fast as possible but we cannot guarantee delivery time. To ensure that you receive your order when you need it, please plan accordingly. During the holidays, please place your order at least one week prior to ensure timely delivery.

Email Confirmation

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email informing you of your package being shipped. If you desire a tracking number, please contact by email and provide your complete order information, Monday through Friday.
